How much is delivery?
We offer free delivery on all UK orders! For European and international orders, please contact us on 01691 239649 .

When will I receive my order?
Our products are supplied from a number of different locations and delivery times vary.
Each product has an expected delivery lead time, which is clearly displayed under the product price. Delivery times are displayed in working days, and exclude weekends and bank holidays.
Please note that if you have ordered multiple items, we may deliver your order in separate consignments.

My delivery address has restricted access; can you organise delivery on a suitable vehicle?
Yes, we are able to arrange delivery on a suitable vehicle for locations where there is restricted access for standard delivery vehicles (for example, articulated lorries).
For locations with narrow access roads, we can organise delivery on a smaller vehicle e.g. 7.5 tonne vehicle.
If your delivery address has restricted access, please let us know before placing your order, by either calling our team on 01691 239649 or emailing sales@induna.co.uk .
If we are unable to deliver your item(s) due to access issues that we were not informed of at the time the order was placed, you may be liable for any subsequent re-delivery charges.

Will I need to sign for the delivery? Can orders be delivered without a signature?
In most cases, a signature will be required. If informed at the time the order is placed, we can request that the courier leaves your delivery without a signature - but this is entirely at your own risk.

What happens if product(s) are out of stock when I place an order?
If items are out of stock and we are unable to deliver your order within the timeframe specified in the product description, a member of the Hogred team will contact you as soon as possible to advise of a revised delivery date, or to offer alternative products.

Do you offer a next day or express delivery service?
We do not currently offer next day or express delivery services for orders placed online. If you require a product urgently, please call our team on 01691 239649 and we will be happy to help.

Do you offer discounts for bulk orders? Or any reductions on the delivery charge?
If you are ordering multiples of the same product, we may be able to offer you a discount on the product price and delivery charge. Call our sales team on 01691 239649 to see if we can apply discounts to your order.

Do you deliver to European and international addresses?
If you require delivery to a European or international address, our team would be happy to provide a quote. Simply call us on 01691 239649 .

Returns policy
You are entitled to cancel your order and return goods within 14 working days of receipt for a full refund, including the cost of delivery. To do this, please call our team on 01691 239649 or email enquiries@induna.co.uk , and quote your order number. Your refund will be processed within 30 days.
Customers are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning goods, so we advise purchasing enough postal insurance to cover the order value when you return your items.
This cancellation policy does not affect your consumer rights if goods are faulty or not accurately described. Any goods returned should be in saleable and unused condition.
